I switch care to Dr Roth around [ ] and it was the best decision we made. She made us feel seen and that she actually cared. She always took the time to answer all our questions and go in depth so we could make informed decisions. She gave us all the info we needed but never put pressure on us or judged us for the decisions we made. During my [ ] she also gave me excellent care. She got me through a [ ] with her knowledge and compassion. I can’t imagine having another baby with anyone else, we will definitely be back for our next baby.

All the Staff at Asante Ashland that I have had contact with are courteous, informed, respectful, kind, and helpful. I don't know them by name, but as a group they provide outstanding service.

Dr Roth has been there for me in the past, not only for medical issue but life issues as well. Their office is very prompt in getting back to me with my requests via my chart and has been very good with their follow through on my treatments/prescriptions etc. If there was any misunderstandings it is usually rectified asap.

I was treated with respect and courtesy. Sometimes I had to wait a while but that is to be expected. I did see Dr Roth when I needed to.

Nurse Kay has always been responsive to inquiries and has often reached out to ask how I’m doing.

There is a gentleman who works reception that has always been exceptionally kind and caring when assisting me in my appointments, when I had a [ ]. He always makes sure to contact the right person and gets back to me right away without judgements. Dr. Roth has always taken time to listen and answer all of my questions and calm all of my worries. I have never met such a personable and caring doctor. A friend recommended her office to me. After interviewing many other doctors who treated me like a number with time constraint, coldness and borderline contempt based on my preferred birth plan I was amazed to have met Dr. Roth amd her staff. I personally commute from the [ ] to see Dr. Roth and her staff as they treat me with the utmost politeness as well as the woman that I am. I love this practice and will recommend all of my friends and family to her practice. I also love the decor in the rooms as it makes me feel at ease.

Fortunately, I've not faced any kind of major crisis, therefore my interactions with Nicole Roth's practice were strictly routine. That said, Dr Roth is pleasure to work with. She's obviously intelligent, and she has the rare conversational gift of finding common ground, thereby putting the patient at ease.

Unexpectedly helpful and compassionate nurse Kristen (didn't get her surname), got me an 'urgent care' appointment with Dr Griesser in Medford, who scheduled an MRI very quickly. Dr Roth was unavailable at the time, but Kristen got me the help I needed right away. I was and still am very impressed with her help - well beyond the necessary.
