The Phlebotomist in my [ ] was really good - sometimes they struggle getting a good vein on me, but she easily got it done and was very pleasant about it. Sorry I don’t recall her name.

Because Rachael Montgomery's office was recently moved upstairs, I have not had a chance to learn the names of everyone there. Everyone in this office has been extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

The care at the clinic was very good. The recommended site for lab work (out-patient clinic) was terrible. Very long wait and I finally left. The receptionist (at the clinic) recommended I try the lab at the hospital and that was very efficient.

My PC NP Rachel Montgomery is excellent. She listens, asks questions and then offers me options to address my issues. Because I am a Veteran, she is up to date with the idiosyncrasies of VA care treatment Authorizations and makes sure my care is pre-approved. My PC's Medical Assistant, Kaylee is personable and efficient. Makes sure to keep me up to date on test results and passes any Mychart messages on to my PC and relays replies quickly. I am very pleased they are my Primary Care team.

Yes, my primary care Doctor Ina Hallows is amazing. He never seems rushed, but is. Answers all my questions, keeping me in fine health. He is very much like my doctor husband of 20 years plus, only Doctor [ ] is younger. All his staff are very helpful. One said [ ], we appreciate it when patients use My Chart... Love My Chart, can use it day or night. Sometimes the answers are there, so don't have to ask. Also that My Chart is upgraded and makes it better.

I saw Rachael Montgomery as a new patient. She was excellent. I did not answer the blood test question because I do not have a test until September. The front office people and the medical assistants were very good.

That Rachel Montgomery took the time to really listen to medical issues and helped me get things under control.

I moved to this area about a year ago. Since then, I’ve had 3 visits with Rachael Montgomery. I’ve found her to be knowledgeable on a variety of health subjects that concern me. She’s empathetic, and a good communicator. She’s ordered several tests for me, and given referrals to a couple of specialists, then had me back in her office to review the results. I would add , that she’s generous with her time. Rachael is very professional, yet, I also have the feeling that she cares about me, as if I were a favorite uncle. In sum, I believe that I’m receiving the best possible health care.

Rachel Montgomery was very good at finding and interpreting information from previous test results and explaining the implications of those results. She was very clear and knowledgable.

NP Rachel Montgomery has far exceeded my expectations. She is very attentive and proactive. My Dermatologist wasn't willing to treat the painful Digital Mucous cyst that developed on my Right index finger. Rachel examined my finger and offered to try the first level treatment of Cryotherapy before referring me to a hand specialist. The treatment was done in the office and a follow-up appointment in 3 months. If the cyst still exists once it heals in a few weeks, we will redo it. If it persists after a second treatment, we will go to the hand specialist. I am very satisfied with her treatment plan.

All the staff and my Dr. (R. Montgomery) were awesome. Very thorough, thoughtful and considerate.
