Everyone is always fantastic, and I really like Dr. [ ] but Rachel Dunn was my doctor prior to Dr. [ ] and I NEVER would’ve switched to someone else if I hadn’t been forced to by Rachel leaving. I feel a connection to Rachel and I feel like she completely understands me and always listens and helps me find the best path for me. If at all possible I would love to have her be my primary care physician again (not because of anything Dr. [ ] did or didn’t do). I also want to give a shout out to her nurse Joe—he was very friendly and made me feel right at ease, and the lady that I checked in with at the front desk was very sweet as well (sadly I don’t remember her name). I came in to switch a medication and was able to get that taken care of and also received some information about the glycemic index and some much-needed advice regarding my Starbucks coffee choices. It was a great visit and I couldn’t be more pleased with how the medication change is working out for me-thanks!

Rachel treated my wife and I better than any provider that I have seen there. She is complete with answers to our questions and took time to make sure we understood everything we needed.

Rachel Dunn - I recently had the misfortune of dealing with this provider, standing in for my PCP. She completely abandoned medical ethics in many ways. It is terrifying that a medical professional can lack professionalism to such an extent. She is the kind of person who deters patients from seeking the help that they need.

My wife was in attendance with MySQL and Rachel Dunn. We both agreed we were very impressed by her! So much so that my wife off the cuff asked if she was excepting new patients? She said “ yes she was” so now we’re bothering thrilled with Dr [ ], [ ] the RN. This entire office and staff is fantastic! All Asante facilities should copy and follow their lead!

I have always been able to see a provider quickly and am amazed at the quality that each provider has given and the timelyness of the appt and the receptionist who wait on me.

It was my first time seeing Rachel and I was happily surprised how unrushed she appeared and how she really took the time to listen to and understand my recent medical history. It felt like going to my family doctor as a kid. That doctor was always patient, kind and empathetic to what we were going through, and Rachel was the same way with me.

Rachel Dunn has just very recently taken over my primary care and I couldn’t be more pleased with the care and concern she has provided me thus far. I wasn’t supposed to have my first appointment with her until [ ] but she took me in on an emergency I was having but not needing to go to the [ ] at that point. Racheal has been on top of my care from day one and has kept me informed every step of the way. Even tho I’m still undergoing tests for the same health issue she is pushing and doing all she can as my primary provider to get answers and improve my health. Rachel Dunn has been my primary for the last few years and I felt like I was gut punched when told she would no longer be available to continue my care. Rachel has always been responsive to any questions I have and very thorough explaining test results and with monitoring my care. I have never had a relationship with a care provider that has shown the level of kindness, professionalism, and knowledge of my health history. I can't say enough good things about Rachel Dunn or how deeply I will miss her as my primary care.

She never seems rushed, yet I seldom have to wait if there is a prior appointment. For me it is just the right balance of engagement vs efficiency. I am saddened that there is such a Provider shortage that I could not get my mother-in-law in the Asante system at all because she moved to the area and Asante STILL is not taking new patients. I wish the system wasn't so broken. I have to say, Rachel Dunn restores my faith in the Asante system.

Yes, once I was late to my appointment but I needed to see my provider ASAP so the receptionist was really nice and asked the provider if they can still get in today and the provider was really nice and she did thural check up that day even though it was almost her lunch time and put in labs of possible symptoms.
