Ron and Jerra are outstanding! They definitely deserve more than a blueberry. An entire blueberry pie works.

Dr Estes is excellent. He sent me for a blood test to another building and I encountered a not very welcoming person directing me to self check in which I don't appreciate because no one was available at check in. Too bad I know they eliminated the job of [ ] who i always looked forward to seeing at check-in

Ron Estes is the best PC provider I have ever had and he referred me to the best physical therapist I have ever worked with. Tara understood my concerns and gave me the care I needed to get my strength back and pain under control with the right exercises to keep me moving forward. No easy task for I live alone at 80 with a home and acres to maintain. Ever since I retired and joined the Asante team I have been so well taken care of and I don’t have a single issue to complain about. Dr Ronald Estes is excellent. I ask many questions and he is always patient. When going to the doctor for medical help he is always comforting. Asante is re-“organizing?” and moving on many of my physicians who are very important in my health . I do pray that he will never be moved on (even though at some point it may beneficial to him 😊) His nurse, front desk, and other staff are all wonderful and helpful.

Same day appointments are very convenient and definitely a service that I sincerely hope Asante continues. The Asante Family Medicine Team in Grants Pass is very patient focused, very respectful, very responsive and looks for ways to help patients improve and maintain their health. I did a lot of research using AI for the health issue I was facing and tried to be prepared when I talked to Dr. Estes. I made him aware I had done this and he was not offended by it all. As a matter of fact he went into great detail discussing it and did an excellent job getting into the details. I felt he was extremely considerate, attentive, knowledgeable, and allocated the right amount of time to discuss everything.

I appreciated the opportunity to be seen quickly for a new and painful problem and was very happy that this first visit with Ron Estes, PA-C was so thorough. I did not expect but was very pleased that Ron had a specialty/background in orthopedics since my issue involved a [ ]. Ronald Estes and his assistant "Jerra" are awesome. Jerra answers messages promptly, if possible, same day. Her patience and calmness make patients feel comfortable and not rushed. She proactively alerts me if I have double-booked appointments with Ronald through "MyChart." She truly goes above and beyond for patients. Ronald is rarely late for his patients' scheduled appointments with him. He takes time to listen and cares about his patients' health. He responds to messages either directly or to messages that "Jerra," his medical assistant, had given him in a timely manner. Nowadays, it is very rare to find a medical provider like him, one who is so devoted to his patients. The two of them DEFINITELY make a great team!
