Dr Crum's care is always outstanding. I am disappointed that you did not find a way to advance his M,A, Mary within the Asante system. She was an incredible asset and now lost to Providence. Asante does not seem to value excellence, anymore

Mary, Dr. Crum’s nurse, is always very courteous and professional and responds quickly to messages sent by phone or email. She’s been excellent with getting follow-up appointments scheduled, including tele-medicine appointments! (Sorry, don’t know her last name.)

Dr Crum listens carefully, never rushes you along, and considers what you have said and addresses it in the context of his expertise. He also seems prepared by having reviewed your records prior to meeting with you. The office staff are friendly and humane. It’s not uncommon to have medical offices and personnel treat you like a burden. This office respects you and your time. They are efficient yet friendly.

I am glad that Dr Crum is my GP. He is so kind and communicates options so clearly.
