I find the whole staff to be well trained, friendly and professional. On my last visit to the office, they were short one front desk person. Mary, the MA from the back office came right up and filled in. I work front desk in a primary care office, so I was aware, (and I know the roles the staff plays) otherwise no other patient saw a difference. They didn't miss a beat!! Patients, both in person and on the phone were efficiently and warmly handled! Brava!!

Dr Crum he always gives me and my wife a good check up and ask us the great questions about our health and concerns and he listens to us of what we have to say before he makes a decision. This is very very important.

Dr Crum is an exceptional Dr. He’s very warm and welcoming, doesn’t make you feel rushed, is knowledgeable re: healthcare and is very thorough. He deserves 2 blueberries! The receptionist was exceptionally welcoming and friendly, possibly the best receptionist interaction I’ve experienced going to Asante (6+ years). She really deserves 2-3 blueberries! My attending med assistant was great! She deserves a blueberry as well!

Dr Crum has very consistent "follow up." His team never forgets to call in prescriptions, never forgets to call a specialist to whom he is referring me. He is always prepared for his appointments with me; he knows what my complaint is, keeps up to date on my [ ] and care such as routine blood work, mammograms, bone density scans and any testing needed to rule out conditions related to new signs and symptoms. I feel well taken care of by Dr. Crum!

Dr Crum listens carefully, never rushes you along, and considers what you have said and addresses it in the context of his expertise. He also seems prepared by having reviewed your records prior to meeting with you. The office staff are friendly and humane. It’s not uncommon to have medical offices and personnel treat you like a burden. This office respects you and your time. They are efficient yet friendly.

I am glad that Dr Crum is my GP. He is so kind and communicates options so clearly.
