Yes l appreciated that Dr. Haynal thoroughly listened to my questions and responded with well informed ideas . He provided me with resolutions that were most pertinent to my specific needs.

Day Haynal basically saved my life by doing a study that showed I was not getting oxygen at night. This was a special study, not like [ ], Nobody else that I had seen was able to figure out what my problem was from the VA or sleep studies even after I complained for years that I wasn’t getting Oxygen. The VA respiratory in [ ] fought with me when I said I was [ ] the respiratory VA and Roseburg said my [ ] was fine and no one would follow up with me.. I really believe I wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for Dr. Haynal. He was very thorough with his follow ups and knows what he’s doing.

I am always reluctant to answer question that require a yes?no type of response, since most of the time this sort of response is not fully accurate. Dr. Haynal's communication skills, kindness, and interest in me personally are so much appreciated. I often tell others how lucky I am to be his patient. I feel cared for and understood by him. He proactively asks questions based upon previous visits. He is courteous and thoughtful. I feel heard and understood by him. Even though this was a [ ], he maintains eye contact and speaks clearly. He has a very good video presence, and one feels like they are sitting across the desk from him. Dr. Haynal is EVERYTHING a provider should be.

Everyone I have dealt with at this office has been pleasant to deal with. I especially remember the man (David?) who called me let me know I would need to take my machine in to the [ ] to get the card read. I see a lot of doctors and have had ones who ranged from absolute worst to absolute best. Dr. Haynal is truly is one of the best. I especially appreciate that he listens to my input respectfully and answers all my questions without ever giving the impression that he think I don't need to ask those questions or have them answered. (I had a former doctor tell me I asked too many questions and that I didn't need to know certain bits of information!) He also seems genuinely interested in my care and finding a solution to my [ ].

I like Dr Haynal and the team. It just seemed my referrals from my primary did not get to the right office in a timely manner. It took along time to get my initial appointment set and completed. That is not his fault or mine.

Everyone has gone out of their way to accommodate my [ ]. Arranging an at [ ] and because we live out of area, arranging [ ] visits on the phone. They've been wonderful on ordering the equipment and explaining the use and benefits and expectations of the cpap equipment [ ] now has.

Dr. William Haynal was incredibly helpful in getting me answers and helping me with understanding and accomplishing what I needed done. I really appreciate him!! Thank you so much!!

I always get clear and flexible instructions on connecting with the provider. I always feel heard and when I ask questions Dr. Haynal has the answers. I feel that the experience each time is helpful and productive and they are excellent at their jobs.

No one person but as a team they got me in for a consult quickly and accommodated my needs for a virtual visit. Initially I was contacted by this office to make sure I filled out paper work and scheduled. Other sleep offices didn't even call or follow up in any way. It's nice to feel taken care of.

OPPOSITE: Dr. Haynal sent me to [ ] for a [ ]. Couldn’t use it. [ ] said prescription for settings needed to be change. Dr. Haynal changed the prescription immediately. [ ] never changed the settings. I left messages with the local office, and spoke with [ ]. I was never able to use the [ ]. After 2 months, I gave up and returned the unused [ ]. They refuse to refund my copay. 4 different, contradictory reasons given. Rotech appears to be both incompetent (failed to adjust machine for 2 months) and dishonest ("reasons" for not refunding my copay are inconsistent and bogus). First appointment with Dr. Haynal [ ]. And still no treatment for my [ ]. I have lost a huge amount of confidence in both Dr. Haynal and Asante because I was sent to a provider who didn’t do their job and then stole my money. How can I trust other referrals?
