Dr Palm updated my [ ] with short notice when my work schedule changed and I couldn’t make it to the office. The appointment was the same excellent care as previous in office appointments. I’m always impressed that the office staff and Dr. Palm never make me feel like they are rushing. I know they are busy but I always feel they are actively listening to me and giving me their full attention.
