Zia Choudhury, MD, earned his medical doctorate and a master’s degree in public health from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus in Aurora. He then did his residency training in family medicine at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center Presbyterian-Shadyside in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Dr Zia Choudhury is the best, wisest, most knowledgeable, most helpful, most concerned, fantastic with follow up information, and most involved doctor I have ever met and encountered. I feel very fortunate that Dr. Zia Choudhury is my primary physician. The receptionist at Dr. Choudhury's office is one of the friendliest and most personable front office person I've encountered. Dr Zia stands out over most physicians. I appreciate that I am always treated with respect. He never talks down to me but communicates with me. Often as a senior you end up being talked down to or things are explained as if you are a child and don’t comprehend, this never happens with DrZia. He hears you and listens to your concerns He is knowledgeable. He doesn’t get upset if you have a different opinion than his , he lets you participate in your health care. I can’t imagine navigating my current medical issues without DrZia.

The Emergence Room and later, the hospital team used exceptional skill, quick thinking, and decisive action to save his life. And then your thorough diagnosis abilities ordered the tests to identify the root cause of the [ ], allowing him to get the help and expertise he needed. When [ ] was admitted to the hospital, I remember feeling overwhelmed, lost and confused. However, your calm and reassuring presence made all the difference. Dr. Zia's staff, the ladies who room us, doing the fisrt Bp's and etc., have always been great. Dr Choudhury is fabilous and I am pleased that he is our family doctor. I do not need calls re: test results. I go to my computer and look up results in MyChart. I also send messages to Dr. Zia and I must say he or his mds's aides are always very goodto get back to me with info I need.

Dr Z is a provider I’ve never seen in my life before. Coming from a state where healthcare or the patient wasn’t such a priority, probably due to high demand my family and I are so lucky. His team is always solid, and he is extremely knowledgeable in which almost seems like everything. I’m a nurse and take my healthcare very serious. I would trust Dr. Zia C. With my whole family! I feel incredibly blessed to have such a terrific medical team behind me. I finally feel heard, validated, and truly cared for, for the first time in my life, by a primary care doc. He even knew tiny details about a procedure I had 5 years back.
