Interventional cardiology
Recent advances in cardiac care mean that there is a larger variety of options than ever before when it comes to diagnosing and treating heart disease. A wide range of diagnostic and interventional procedures are performed in seven state-of-the-art catheterization laboratories—five at Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center and two at the Cardiovascular Institute.
Cardiac catheterization facilities at Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center were established in 1973. The five interventional cardiologists who use these facilities are board certified in both cardiovascular disease and interventional cardiology and provide around-the-clock coverage.
