Osteoporosis detection

As women age, they have a high risk of developing osteoporosis, a disease characterized by weak and brittle bones. Menopause is often a time of rapid bone loss due to hormone changes. A bone density screen is helpful in evaluating bone density to prevent, detect and treat osteoporosis.
