Insomnia program

Individualized insomnia instruction

The Asante Sleep Center Insomnia Program offers intensive one-on-one insomnia instruction and counseling by our insomnia education coordinator. Individual sessions are conducted weekly for up to five weeks, with a focus on changing behaviors which can perpetuate insomnia. The patient is actively involved with monitoring and documenting their sleep at home.

Recommended by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, the Asante Sleep Center Insomnia Program is available by referral from your doctor.
