Vascular surgery

Vascular surgeons are board-certified specialists who are highly trained to diagnose and treat conditions of veins and arteries throughout the body, excluding those within the brain and heart. They perform a variety of complex procedures, including both open surgery and minimally invasive endovascular surgery, and manage both elective and emergency cases. The surgeons of Oregon Surgical Specialists, P.C. provide the highest level of vascular care available to patients of Asante, and are among the busiest and most experienced vascular surgeons located between Portland and San Francisco.

Complex surgical reconstructive procedures, including an endovascular program for the management of abdominal aortic aneurysms and Transcarotid Artery Revascularization (TCAR), are performed in the region’s only state-of-the-art dedicated endovascular angiographic operating rooms at Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center.

Outpatient minimally invasive endovascular procedures are performed at Oregon Surgical Specialists’ office-based angiography suite, located on the third floor of the Cardiovascular Institute on the Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center Campus.

Asante is allied with Oregon Surgical Specialists for vascular surgical services.
